Course Description
The Agile Delivery Manager course provides a practical insight to the principles and practices of working as a Delivery Manager within the technology space.
You will learn how to effectively organize and facilitate delivery in an agile and hybrid environment for successful outcome of your product team
It reviews fundamental agile concepts and frameworks including Kanban, Scrum, XP, SAFe.
You will gain practical hands-on skills in running effective sprint planning, driving engagement and stakeholder management and coaching the team in managing dependencies and risks.
During the course of your learning, you would complete case studies, plan your product team deliverables on Jira and Confluence as well as get ongoing support on scrum and agile best practices that will prepare you to practicalize all you have learnt in a real-world product development scenario.
At the end of your learning journey, you will be equipped with the essential skills to successfully support, facilitate and coach a product team
