Scrum Master

The Scrum Master course provides a practical introduction to the principles and practices of of working a scrum master wihtin the technology space. 

You will learn how to effectively organize and facilitate agile scrum events to achieve the sprint goal of your product team 

The course review fundamental agile concepts and frameworks including Kanban, Scrum, XP, SAFe. 

You will gain practical hands on skills in running effective sprint planning, driving engagement Daily Scrum, retrospectives and coaching the team in managing dependencies and risks. 

During the course of your learning, you would complete case studies, plan your product team deliverables on Jira and Confluence as well as get on going support on scrum and agile best practices that will prepare you to practicalize all you have learnt in a real-world product development scenario. 

At the end of your learning journay, you will be equipped with the essential skills to successfully support, facilitate and coach a product team .
