Course Description

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practices of HR Administration and Employee Relations. You will learn how to effectively plan, organize, and execute HR / ER functions to achieve specific goals required of an HR professional.

The course covers fundamental HR and ER framework, tools, and techniques, including hands-on application courses and practicals learned.

You will gain practical skills in  managing grievances, delivering services in a unionized environment, developing projects that can drive employee retention and engagement, tracking and managing HR metrics and mitigating risks of employee attrition. Through case studies and hands-on exercises, you will apply your knowledge to real-world project scenarios.

By the end of this course, you will be equipped with the essential skills to successfully function as a strategic HR / ER professional.

Requirements:
